If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days of your purchase for a refund. Call us during our normal business hours for a return authorization number (RAN).
Returning due to company error/discrepancy/damage: If you received your package and there is an error or damaged product, please call our customer service department and speak to a representative. Once the need is determined, the representative will give you a return authorization number, form and instructions. You are responsible for adding the return authorization number when you fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Form. There will not be a restocking fee for returns of this nature. If you decide to insure your returned package, our company will not reimburse that expense. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please insure your return package for the value of the items being returned if you are concerned about items being lost or damaged. Please inspect your order thoroughly once you receive it. If you received your package and there is a discrepancy or damaged product due to company error, we will strive to make things right. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of each order.

- Please have the following information ready at time of call: Your referral number (located on your Wellness ID Card), Item, Quantity Returning, Item Condition, and Reason for Return.
- Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Form, found on website.
- Pack your items in the box for return shipping and include the Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Make sure all items are packed tightly and secure. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error on our part, please include a copy of your receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)
- Use the mailing address below to address your return shipment.
- Take your package to your preferred shipping location and have them process for shipment.
